About this event
Parents need movement + community more than ever. This is why we created this class. Taking care of our families. Join us for a kid friendly 45 min workout. The coach will help you move thru the session with your children playing or even joining in if they are old enough. 2 mornings a week to help YOU make YOUR wellness a priority. All age kiddos welcome. (sitting in a stroller, carseat, pack & play all ok!)
