Recommended for 10 months/crawlers to 24 months/walkers 45 MINUTES Registration is required. This joyful class invites caregivers to connect with their little ones through mindful movement and play. Together, you’ll explore gentle-to-energizing yoga flows, mini meditations, songs, movement games, dance and music designed especially for growing bodies and curious minds. Little yogis are encouraged to move freely in a safe, nurturing space as they explore balance, coordination, and what feels good in their bodies—while caregivers enjoy meaningful bonding time and purposeful movement alongside them.
