This workshop is designed to develop the skills and confidence needed to excel in front-of-the-house management. We will explore the fundamentals of guest service, team leadership, communication, daily operations, problem-solving, and creating a welcoming and efficient guest experience.

The Quarterly Drop-In Series is a free, three-week workshop series designed for food entrepreneurs, caterers, restaurateurs, farmers, and food brands who want to strengthen their operations and prepare for what’s next.Each quarter focuses on one critical area of business growth ranging from hospitality and marketing to AI and profitability, delivered through drop-in sessions led by trusted industry experts.
All sessions are hybrid, so you can join us in person at Shed 5 Commons or online via Zoom.
What to Expect:
• Three consecutive Wednesday sessions per topic (come for one or all) Space for questions, peer learning, and honest conversation
• Dinner provided for in-person attendees
• Free and open to food businesses at all stages
