Archery 101

About this event

Tuesdays (four weeks): November 24, December 1, 8, 15 This four-week program will offer an in-depth archery experience in a safe and fun environment. Each week will focus on a different part of the shot process, with fun drills and games to help students learn the sport of archery in a hands-on way. The program will cover the steps of shooting and how to retrieve arrows, and will provide plenty of shooting opportunities for students to refine their skills. Participants must be ages 8 or older. Close-toed shoes are required. Please review the Outdoor Adventure Center’s archery regulations (available at Michigan.gov/OAC/Experience/Archery) before attending a class. Preregistration is required. Cost is $60 per person. Register for Archery 101.
