Whether you're a bourbon aficionado or simply seeking an enjoyable evening with dinner and drinks, sign up for our First Bourbon Pairing Experience. This event features a variety of cocktails and tastings from Penelope Bourbon, accompanied by delectable dishes crafted by our chefs at the Legacy Bar!

The evening will commence with a welcome cocktail, our famous Orchard Old Fashioned. Throughout the event, you'll savor a four-course pairing meal. Each dish has been expertly designed by our Head Chef Tom and brought to life by our talented Legacy Bar Team to perfectly complement cocktails from our Cocktail Connoisseur Amanda and tastings from a Penelope Bourbon representative.

*First Course Appetizer: Roasted Corn Chowder with crispy bacon and chive oil

*Second Course Salad: Arugula & Peach Salad with goat cheese, candied walnuts, and a lemon honey bourbon vinaigrette

*Third Course Main Entrée: Braised Short Rib with roasted tri-colored carrots and a Potato Tortino with bacon, parmesan, and parsley herb oil

*Fourth Course Dessert: Warm Bourbon Bread Pudding with vanilla and caramel drizzle

Bourbon education and samplings to be provided by a representative from Penelope Bourbon.

The event will take place at the Legacy Bar. Doors will open at 6:00 pm with the event beginning at 6:30 pm. Please check in with the hostess upon arrival. Walk-ins will not be accommodated, and seating is limited.
