Don’t miss the season finale featuring a pan-fried crispy chicken topped with a luxurious cognac mushroom and cream sauce, served alongside garlic-sautéed haricots verts and parmesan garlic mashed potatoes for a comforting yet refined meal. Paired with artisan greens and a simple vinaigrette, and, we finish this masterpiece with delicate, melt-in- your-mouth, lemon sugar cookies — light, bright, and perfectly sweet.

WHAT TO EXPECT

In our classes you will work together with other guests in groups of 2, sharing work stations and equipment. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and clothing as you will be standing during the cooking portion of class. Please avoid open-toe shoes, loose fitting sleeves and long/swinging necklaces and scarves.

Upon arrival, enjoy a cocktail while you meet and mingle with the other guests and find your designated station. Once settled in, class will begin promptly at 6:30 and typically last for 2 hours.

After cooking, we will enjoy the prepared items together, along with select pairings to accompany and complete your meal.
