Speaker: Jeff Kaczperski

Jeff Kaczperski is a University of Michigan graduate and the former President of Omega Plastics, a leading contract manufacturer specializing in prototyping, bridge-to-production, and low-to-mid-volume production for the medical device industry. With over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and more than 20 years in executive management, Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge in leadership, management, and manufacturing. He has authored articles and spoken at industry events on topics including customer service, the impact of early market entry, and market diversification.

In addition to his business experience, Jeff serves as the Interim Director of SONS Outreach and sits on the boards of several nonprofit organizations. He has also been involved with COMPASS for over 15 years, demonstrating his longstanding commitment to leadership, service, and connecting faith with the workplace.
