Led by Saisha Ishag-Osman, Founder of SEI Management and Systems Operations Strategist, this interactive workshop is designed to help business owners move their operations out of their heads and into systems someone else can eventually follow. Saisha specializes in helping service-based business owners eliminate behind-the-scenes chaos by designing customized systems, processes, and client experiences that support sustainable growth.

You’ll walk through a Task Audit, learn how individual tasks connect into workflows, and begin creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of how to document their business, identify delegation opportunities, and start building systems that support both growth and client experience.

What to Bring: Bring your laptop, notepad, and pen! A laptop is highly encouraged so you can work directly within the templates provided during the workshop, but printed copies will also be available for those who prefer to write things out. This is a hands-on experience, so come ready to dive in and put what you learn into practice!
