Adolescent Anger Management: 9-12 Years Old (November-December 2026)

Adolescent Anger Management is a six-week research-based, trauma informed anger management program for adolescents and parents or caregivers. The primary goal of the program is to increase positive social skills that enables conflict resolution in a nonviolent manner.

Adolescents are broken up into three age groups: 9-12, 13-14, and 15-18 Parents/Caregivers are required to attend a group that runs simultaneous to the adolescent groups. Sessions are two hours long and are held in-person.
