ECONOMY NEWS
- ➤ Beginning March 2, DTE Energy will charge $2.99 for each residential card payment and $9.99 for each commercial payment. Card auto-pay will end Feb. 27-March 1, so customers should switch to bank accounts to avoid fees. Fox 2 Detroit
