  • Violinist Jennifer Frautschi is set to become the new artistic director of the Great Lakes Chamber Music Festival.   • Consumer Reports tests show many baby formulas sold here may contain concerning levels of heavy metals; the report advises parents to consult with pediatricians and mix formulas with clean water while a Michigan lawmaker’s proposed bill passed its Senate committee in January and could bring tighter safety rules.  CBS News Detroit
