- ➤ Authorities said investigators are looking into the death of Lenard Pierre Jackson, 38, from Dundee whose body was found on a hillside near Charleston in West Virginia on April 15 and showed injuries that appear to have been caused by someone else, with people of interest being interviewed and no arrests made so far. - ➤ DTE Energy filed a request with the Michigan Public Service Commission for a $574 million rate increase for its 2.3 million customers in Southeast Michigan after a $217 million increase in January — the filing supports key upgrades like Belle River Power Plant fuel conversion and grid improvements as part of a 10-month review with new rates that may take effect on Feb. 24, 2026.
