ACCIDENTS NEWS

  • A motorist was struck while changing a tire on his Dodge Caliber along northbound Southfield Freeway near Schoolcraft Road Tuesday at about 7:10 p.m. when a Chevrolet Impala hit him while his wife remained in the vehicle; police later arrested the 52-year-old Plymouth driver for signs of impairment and the injured man was taken to a local hospital for serious treatment.  CBS News Detroit
  • A man was seriously injured Tuesday on Southfield Freeway in Detroit near Schoolcraft Road while changing a flat tire, and state police arrested a 52-year-old driver who showed signs of impairment as medics took him to a hospital.  The Detroit News

  • On July 29, a 25-year-old man named Andrew Woods was seen leaving his home at about 8:30 a.m. while walking his dog before entering an unknown black car and has not been seen since—his family, who said he has the mental age of 12, asks anyone who recognizes him to contact Oxford police at 248-605-1310.  FOX 2 Detroit
