Insurance agent Todd Bernstein from Birmingham pleaded no contest to four counts of fraud in Oakland County Circuit Court on Thursday and agreed to pay $107,918.13 in restitution and forfeit his insurance license—sentencing will take place on Oct.
16 with potential probation as part of his plea agreement.
