- ➤ Anson Pingree, a 15-year-old Life Scout from Troy, built a bread oven in the style of the 1830s for Troy's Historic Village as part of his Eagle Scout project, completing the build in four months with $1,300 raised from family and friends. - ➤ The Michigan Department of Transportation announced that road repairs on I-94, I-75, U.S. 23 and U.S. 131 have started or will soon cause travel delays as over 30 projects began on Nov. 2 and will continue through Nov. 8, with some closures lasting until late November.
