- ➤ Events across Metro Detroit will honor Veterans Day on Tuesday with ceremonies in Macomb County, Sterling Heights, Birmingham, Rochester and Canton Township and will include wreath-laying events and the unveiling of a new Rosie the Riveter statue at the Michigan World War II Legacy Memorial in Oakland.
