Indoor Tennis 101: Learn the Game, Build Your Skills, and Have Fun!

Ready to pick up a racket and hit the court? Join us for Indoor Tennis 101, an exciting introduction to the game of tennis designed for young athletes who want to learn, stay active, and build confidence. Whether your child is stepping onto the court for the very first time or looking to strengthen their existing skills, this program provides a fun and welcoming environment to learn the fundamentals of the game.

Participants will be introduced to the basics of tennis, including proper racket handling, hand-eye coordination, ball control, serving, and rallying. Through engaging activities, beginner-friendly drills, and opportunities to practice their skills, kids will develop their understanding of the game while improving coordination, movement, and athletic ability. Our goal is to make learning tennis enjoyable while helping every participant feel comfortable, confident, and excited to keep playing.

Indoor Tennis 101 is about more than just hitting a ball. It's an opportunity for kids to stay physically active, practice patience, develop focus, and learn the value of sportsmanship and teamwork. With a supportive atmosphere and plenty of opportunities to learn by doing, participants can progress at their own pace while building skills they can use both on and off the court.
