About this event
This course focuses on fundamental techniques and principles of ballet. You'll learn basic movements, terminology, and the importance of posture and alignment, all while enjoying grace and beauty of this timeless dance style. Leotards and tights are ideal, but you can wear whatever you are most comfortable in. We recommend you wear Ballet shoes, which we sell at our studio.
