About this event
The Birmingham Winter Markt is one of the most festive holiday celebrations in Metro Detroit. The European-inspired market fills Shain Park with holiday vendors, European food, ice sculptures, thousands of lights, live entertainment, warming stations and a special Kinderhaus children’s activity area. On opening night, Santa joins the celebration for the annual tree lighting, when more than 40,000 LED lights illuminate Birmingham’s holiday tree.
• Location: Shain Park, Downtown Birmingham
• Time: 4pm to 9pm; tree lighting at 6pm
